From the idyllic mountains of China, this organic whole leaf Green Tea naturally contains a high concentration of antioxidants called polyphenals which help support the body’s natural process to neutralize harmful free Radicals.
Bring water to boil and let it stand for three minutes. The water temperature should be between 165-170 degrees. Pour water over tea leaves (about 1 tsp. per 8-12oz.), allowing leaves to unfurl. Since green tea can acquire a bitter taste when too strong, steep for two minutes at most. Remove the leaves from the tea before drinking. This will stop the leaves from steeping, allowing you to use them again.
