Goji Berry Boost Bar **

 

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Wild Tibetan Goji Berries
½ Cup Nuts (Almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, etc.)
½ Tablespoon Honey, Agave Nectar, of Yacon Syrup

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix in food processor.

2. Press into pan and refrigerate.


**Other options to add (any or all):
½ Tablespoon Coconut Oil, ¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds, 3 Dates, 1 or 2 Tablespoons Cacao Beans, 1 Teaspoon Bee Pollen, 1 Tablespoon of Shredded Coconut, 1 Teaspoon of Spirulina or Chlorella.
