Cacao nibs are cacao beans that have been roasted, separated from their husks and broken into smaller pieces. These tasty nibs are used to make chocolate so think of them as ‘raw chocolate’, before processing. Cacao Nibs have a light, chocolaty flavor and great nutritional value. They are great sources of magnesium as well as a good source of calcium, iron, copper, zinc and potassium.
