We highly recommend that an individual test first. We suggest a hair analysis on all twenty of the toxic metals. Our formula does target all 20 of these toxic metals. The laboratories report that the hair analysis may have the best ability to measure deep into the tissues and organs. A blood or urine test may have the best ability to measure recent, surface or continued exposure. If you start with the hair analysis you may then go back to your doctor and ask for a blood or urine test on each of the heavy metals that were detected on the hair test. A separate blood test is needed for each metal. You must properly challenge a urine test with a chelator (our formula) or you may not receive an accurate reading. The purpose of a follow up blood test (or urine test) is to determine if there is continued or recent exposure that needs to be addressed.
